Mr and Mrs Murray wedding sneak peek | Edinburgh Balmoral hotel wedding photography

Saturday, April 30th, 2011

Hello everyone,

As much as I hated all idea and pompous about the Royal wedding, I still was interested to see her dress and have a wee peak how the ceremony was going. I defo liked her sisters dress better %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio and her evening dress was awesome, but this story will not gonna be about the Royal wedding. I had something more important to do, I was photographing Grainne and Brin’s wedding %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio I must say I love all energy what surrounds these happy Irish folk %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio I knew this wedding will be fun and free up my hands to do a bit of experimentation.

The day came and morning wasn’t looking promising, but by the time I arrived to the lavish Edinburgh Balmoral hotel to meet the Grainne with her bridal party, sun came out and gave me so much needed extra light %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio Girls were awesome and very organised, hairstylist was totally on the ball and hairspray was flowing around. Bottle of sparkling was down as well and ladies like little bees were running around and helping Grainne to get into the dress and organise all around. Atmosphere was beautiful and I was just snapping away.

Day went really well apart from little hick up with protesters on St Giles Square and we couldn’t do a large group photo there %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio but we managed well on other side. Ceremony was held at Lothian Chambers, really nice venue. By the time when we all hugged and congratulate each other, we had to rush out as there were another bridal party coming in %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio Then we had a little trip around Edinburgh and back to Balmoral. Made a little surprise for the Balmoral Concierge by asking to bring outside the chair for the groom %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio Brin was like a king and Grainne happily posed to show of her queen’s dress, just right in front of exit %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio Loved it %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio

Here is a wee sneak peek with few images to get you a taste of the day %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio

Few more notes for my lovely wedding couple. Grainne: You absolutely rock and I loved loved loved your dress, beautiful accent with shoes as well %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio Brin: Oh man you are just perfect for each other and you will have long long lasting life together. Thank you both for giving me opportunity to be your story teller of the day, I really appreciate that. Looking forward to hear some feedback as well. Me and Janis wish you all the best and see you then in June %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio Feel free to think about the ” Rock the Frock” after wedding shoot %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio

Thursday, April 7th, 2011

Hello everyone,

Birthdays are great fun. Lot’s of smily faces and presents. This time we said ‘Happy 1st Birthday!!!’ to little Cayden.

Cayden managed to catch a little cold %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio , but cake was baked already and there was no turning back time anymore. He was still in pretty good shape and was exploring, running and kicking stuff around. I must say that I haven’t seen so active 1st birthday boy for a while %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio he was great fun and smiled wide open %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio We managed to get some great shots and I’m looking forward to meet the family again.  Meanwhile here is a wee sneak peak of their session %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio

Edinburgh pregnancy photographer | Ola and Marek’s photo session

Sunday, December 26th, 2010

Hi everyone,

A few weeks back I did a session with Ola and Marek, their sneak peak brought a lot of interest and recognition. I’m happy for them and waiting till their wee girl will arrive. Meanwhile I decided to show some more experimental images which i did for them. Unfortunately they couldn’t make it for a viewing and I haven’t heard a full feedback yet, but I’m guessing that all should be fine %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio

Ok here are the images.

This one is a little bit of the hook and was done purely inspired by Henk Van Kooten. Just want to see what response it will bring %Edinburgh weddings, portrait and modeling photographer %Edinburgh wedding and portrait studio
